Uneven Bars
Kip + squat-on; KCH 1/2 + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + free hip circle to handstand + double tuck dismount

Training: Tkatchev, toe-shoot and double layout dismount

Balance Beam
Flip flop + flip flop; switch split leap + back tuck + split jump + sissone; full turn; roundoff + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Double turn, side aerial, flip flop + back layout and roundoff + back layout 1.5

Floor Exercise
1/1 turn with leg above ahead; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front layout; switch split leap + switch side leap; FHS + front layout + front layout

Training: Double tuck, double pike, front layout 1/1, switch split leap 1/1, back layout 2/1 and split jump 1/1
