Three-year-old Addisyn saw the 2008 Olympics gymnastics team competing and she was mesmerized. Her mom decided to enroll her into gymnastics for fun at a local gym. She fell in love with the sport and quickly progressed in the sport. She has been training at Solid Rock Gymnastics in Lincoln, NE since 2015. She was the 2016 Level 7 NE State Vault & Uneven Bars Champion and AA Silver Medalist.

As a level 8 gymnast, Addisyn placed second in the all-around with a 37.025 and first on uneven bars at the 2017 Region 4 Championships and fifth in the all-around and second on vault at the 2018 Region 4 Championships. Addisyn moved up to level 9 for the 2019 season where she earned gold medals on uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Spokane, WA after finishing seventh in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. In 2020, Addisyn qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Addisyn currently lives in Lincoln, NE with her parents, Jeff & Michelle, one older brother, Grant and one younger sister, Mackyna. She has two Bernese Mountain dogs named Bree and Maxx and Grey, the tabby cat. Currently, Addisyn is a student at Lincoln Southwest High School and she will graduate in 2023. When she has time outside of gymnastics, she enjoys baking.
