Alliah's older siblings did gymnastics and she was looking for a sport to play, so she decided to give gymnastics a try at the age of six in 2005. She started her competitive gymnastics career at Artistic Gymnastics School Inc. in Raleigh, NC under coach Karen Hughes. When she was at Artistic Gymnastics, she placed first on vault and fourth in the all-around at the 2009 Level 4 State Championships. In the summer of 2010, Alliah started training at Team Attraction Gymnastics in Apex, NC. She skipped level 7 and started competing level 7 in the fall of 2010.

As a level 7 gymnast in 2011, Alliah placed fifth in the all-around and third on floor exercise at the State Championships and qualified to the Region 8 Championships. Alliah moved up to level 8 for the 2012 season where she finished fifth in the all-around and third on balance beam at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she placed third in the all-around and first on vault. In 2013 as a level 9 gymnast, Alliah placed seventh on vault at the Region 8 Championships.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2014, Alliah placed seventh on vault at the State Championships and qualified to the Region 8 Championships. In November 2014, Alliah started training at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs, NC. In 2015, she finished third in the all-around with a 37.500 and first on uneven bars. At the Region 8 Championships, she placed sixth in the all-around with a 37.350, fourth on vault and fifth on uneven bars. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, IA.

In 2016, Alliah won the all-around title with a 37.475 and first on vault and balance beam at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed fourth on vault and floor exercise scoring a 9.625 and 9.500 respectively at the Excalibur Cup. She was unable to compete rest of the season 2016 due to an injury.

Currently, Alliah is preparing for the 2017 season as a level 10 gymnast. She trains 20-22 hours per week at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs, NC under coaches Milan and Heidi Stanovich. Alliah is working hard to reach her goals to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals as well as to compete for a college gymnastics team.
