Allison’s mom was a gymnast when she was younger and she wanted to see if Allison would enjoy it also. Allison has been training at Salto gymnastics since she was five years old. At the 2009 Level 5 State Championships, Allison finished third in the all-around and third on uneven bars and floor exercise. She moved up to level 6 for the 2010 season, finishing first in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise.

In 2011, Allison finished fourth in the all-around and third on uneven bars at the Level 7 State Championships. As a level 8 gymnast in 2012, Allison placed second on balance beam and fourth on floor exercise at the State Championships. She continued competing level 8 in 2014 where she finished third in the all-around and second on uneven bars and floor exercise. She qualified to the Region 4 Championships where Allison placed in the top ten in the all-around, first on uneven bars and third on floor exercise.

As a first-year level 9 gymnast in 2015, Allison placed second in the all-around, first on floor exercise and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 4 Championships, Allison placed fourth in the all-around and first on floor exercise. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Spokane, WA. Allison continued competing level 9 in 2016. At the State Championships, she finished first in the all-around with a 37.150 and first on uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Allison placed third in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Montana for the second time where she placed fourth on floor exercise.

Allison moved up to level 10 for the 2017 season. At the State Championships, she finished fifth in the all-around and fourth on balance beam. She placed sixth in the all-around and sixth on balance beam and floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN where she placed ninth on floor exercise out of 57 gymnasts. Allison had her vault named after her, Zuhlke. In 2018, Allison finished second in the all-around, first on balance beam and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 4 Championships, she placed third in the all-around with a 37.025, second on balance beam and fourth on floor exercise. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Cincinnati, OH where she placed 24th overall with a 37.600 and fourth on floor exercise with a 9.575. Allison had her vault named after her again, Zuhlke 2.

Allison trains 22.5 hours per week at Salto Gymnastics in Waukesha, WI under coaches Vitali Rudnitski, Kristen Kremer, Brittany Solberg and Juliet Holden. Allison's long-term goal is to compete at the collegiate level.
