Autumn DeHarde was born on September 24, 1998 in Newberin, WI to Scott and Diana DeHarde. She has a sister, Morgan and a dog named Lola. Currently, Autumn is a senior at Hamilton High School and she will graduate from high school in 2017. During her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, listening to music and attending football games.

Autumn went to a birthday party at a local gym and loved it. She started her competitive gymnastics career at LaFleur's Academy of Gymnastics and has been there ever since. She started competing as a level 4 gymnast in 2005 where she placed first on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, she placed fifth in the all-around with a fall on balance beam at the Level 6 State Championships.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2009, Autumn placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam at the Midwest Challenge and OGC Invitational. At the Daytona Beach Open, she finished first on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around with a 37.750. Autumn had a great meet at the State Championships, finishing first on uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.975. She concluded her level 8 season at the Region 4 Championships finishing fifth in the all-around, third on vault and fifth on floor exercise.

In 2010, Autumn moved up to level 9. She swept the gold medals at the Midwest Challenge. At the Lady Luck Invitational, she finished second on balance beam and in the all-around. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed fifth in the all-around, fourth on vault and third on balance beam. Autumn grabbed gold medals on all events and in the all-around at the Circle of Stars Invitational. At the Harley Davidson Invitational, she finished first on vault, uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.750. She had another great meet at the OGC Invitational, placing first on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.275. At the State Championships, Autumn brought home gold medals on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around as well as a bronze medal on uneven bars. She finished second on uneven bars and in the all-around at the Region 4 Championships, qualifying to the Level 9 Western Nationals. At the Westerns, she finished fourth in the all-around, seventh on uneven bars and third on balance beam.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2011, Autumn placed second in the all-around and first on vault at the Team Spirit Invitational. At the Circle of Stars Invitational, she placed first on balance beam and fourth in the all-around. She then placed fourth in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise at the Wisconsin Dells Vacation Classic. At the Harley Davidson Invitational, she placed fourth on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around. She placed second on vault and floor exercise and fourth in the all-around at the Tim Rand Invitational. Autumn did really well at the State Championships, finishing second on vault, uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.075. She conclude her season at the Region 4 Championships, finishing 12th in the all-around.

Autumn started her 2012 season at the Island Adventure Meet, finishing third in the all-around and first on vault. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she placed third in the all-around and first on floor exercise. She earned a silver medal on floor exercise at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Salto Invitational, she finish first on vault, balance beam and in the all-around with a 37.450. At the Northern LIghts Classic, she placed third on balance beam, second on floor exercise and sixth in the all-around. Autumn finished first on vault, uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 37.200 at the State Championships. At the Region 4 Championships, she placed 11th in the all-around and fifth on vault and floor exercise.

In 2013, Autumn placed third in the all-around, second on vault and first on balance beam at the Circle of Stars Invitational. At the Manhattan Classic, she placed fourth in the all-around and first on floor exercise. She placed third in the all-around and first on balance beam at the Harley Davidson Invitational. At the Tim Rand Invitational, she finished first on balance beam and second in the all-around. Autumn earned gold medals on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. At the Region 4 Championships, she placed eighth in the all-around, fourth on balance beam and sixth on floor exercise. She was the first alternate to the Junior Olympic Nationals. She was invited to compete at the Junior Olympic National Invitational Tournament in Minneapolis, MN where she placed eighth on floor exercise.

Autumn started her 2014 season at the Circle of Stars Invitational, finishing second on balance beam and third on floor exercise. She earned a bronze medal on balance beam at the Magical Classic. At the Salto Invitational, Autumn finished first on balance beam and floor exercise and second on vault. She grabbed gold medals on balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the Lambeau Leap. At the State Championships, she placed seventh in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise. Autumn finished fourth in the all-around, first on balance beam and fourth on vault and floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Jackson, MS where she finished sixth on floor exercise out of 56 gymnasts.

In 2015, Autumn won the all-around title at the Island Adventure Meet, Honkytonk Classic and Salto Invitational. At the Lambeau Leap Invitational, she finished second the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise. Autumn swept the gold medals with all-around score of 37.775 at the State Championships. At the Region 4 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around and first on floor exercise. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, IA where she placed 19th in the all-around, second on floor exercise and third on balance beam.

Autumn earned five gold medals and two silver medals in three meets in 2016. She was unable to compete rest of the season due to an injury.

Currently, Autumn is preparing for the 2017 season where she hopes to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, IA She trains 21 hours per week at LaFleur's Academy of Gymnastics in Wisconsin under coaches Greg LaFleur, Tammy Donahue and Maria Scaffidi. Autumn would like to obtain a college scholarship to a Division 1 school.
