Front handspring tuck and front handspring pike

Training: Front handspring pike 1/2 and Yurchenko 1/2 on tuck

Uneven Bars
Kip + squat-on; KCH 1/2 + overshoot; KCH + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + giant + giant 1/1 + double tuck dismount

Training: Giant 1/2 + Jaeger, overshoot to handstand, giant 1/1 + overshoot, double pike dismount

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap (or beat jump) + straddle jump 3/4; full turn; cat leap + side aerial + wolf jump; gainer pike dismount

Training: Gainer back layout 1/1 dismount, triple series

Floor Exercise
Front layout + front layout 1/1; wolf leap + switch ring leap + switch split leap 1/2; Rudi; 1.5 turn + wolf jump 1.5; roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1/1

Training: Double tuck, double pike, double turn
