Ayzhia Hall was born on August 23, 2003 in Arkansas to DeAnthony and Stephanie Hall. She has a brother, Treyton, a sister, Olyvia and two dogs named Tipper and Izzy. Currently, Ayzhia is an honor student at Fayetteville Virtual Academy and she will graduate from high school in 2021.

Ayzhia's mom enrolled her into Mommy and Me classes at a local gym in Arkansas. When the family relocated to Georgia, Ayzhia joined pre-team at Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta in Kennesaw, GA and has been there ever since. As a level 4 gymnast, 2012, Ayzhia finished third in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. She repeated level 4 in 2013 where she placed first on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. She tested out of level 5 and 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2015 season.

In 2015 as a level 7 gymnast, Ayzhia finished fourth in the all-around with a 37.450, second on vault and third on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships where she placed 12th in the all-around with a 37.200 and second on floor exercise. Ayzhia moved up to level 8 for the 2016 season, finishing fourth on vault and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, Ayzhia placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.175, first on vault and floor exercise and second on balance beam. In the summer of 2017, Ayzhia and her family relocated to Arkansas, so Ayzhia started training at Hopes and Dreams Gymnastics.

Ayzhia moved up to level 10 for the 2018 season. At the State Championships, she placed third in the all-around, first on vault and third on uneven bars. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing third on floor exercise. Ayzhia had a good season in 2019. She placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN after finishing sixth in the all-around and second on vault at the Region 3 Championships. In 2020, Ayzhia qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Ayzhia trains 33 hours per week at Hopes and Dreams Gymnastics in Springdale, AR under coaches John Davis and Chelsea Davis. Ayzhia is working hard to become a successful level 10 gymnast as well as to compete for a Division I college gymnastics team.
