Uneven Bars
Routine #1: KCH + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + toe-on to handstand + giant 1/1 + giant 1/2 + overshoot to handstand; kip + squat-on; KCH + double tuck dismount

Routine #2: KCH + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH + toe-on to handstand + Gienger; KCH + overshoot to handstand; kip + squat-on; KCH + giant 1/1 + double tuck dismount

Training: Maloney, stalder to handstand, giant 1/1 + Gienger and full-out dismount

Balance Beam
Flip flop + back layout stepout; switch split leap + back tuck; side aerial + split jump; full turn; roundoff + back layout 1.5 dismount

Training: Front aerial, front tuck, split jump 1/1, side aerial + back layout 1/1 dismount, triple series, flip flop + back pike

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + flip flop + double pike; switch split leap + switch split leap 1/2; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike; 1.5 turn; FHS + front layout 1.5 + split jump
