Breana did cheer for five years where she and her team won the International Championships in March 2016. Breana wanted to try something new, so she started taking gymnastics classes at the age of nine in August 2016. Seven months after she started gymnastics, she won the all-around title with a 38.500 at the Xcel Silver State Championships. She also earned gold medals on balance beam and floor exercise. In 2018, Breana earned gold medals on vault and in the all-around with a 38.075 at the Xcel Gold State Championships. Breana was named to America's Top 100 on vault in 2018 and on floor exercise in 2017. In 2019 as a level 6 gymnast, Breana placed fifth in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to Regionals, finishing sixth in the all-around and second on balance beam and floor exercise.
Currently, Breana trains 26.5 hours per week at ConXion Gymnastics in Olivebranch, MS under coaches Emily Lay and Lewis. Her short-term goal is to have a successful level 8 season in 2020. She would like to become an elite gymnast, to represent the United States at the international competitions and to obtain a college gymnastics scholarship.
