Bridgey began training at Texas Dreams Gymnastics in the beginning of 2012. Texas Dreams Gymnastics is located in Coppell, Texas. It is a National Team Training Center and it has produced some of the nation's best gymnasts, such as Chelsea Davis, Meghan Blair and Brittany Magee. Both Meghan and Brittany made the 2004 US National Team. Chelsea was on the US National Team for several years and competed at the 2008 US Olympic Trials. She also was part of the 2010 USA World Team. Many Texas Dreams gymnasts have been awarded athletic scholarships as well.
Kim Zmeskal-Burdette and Chris Burdette first opened Texas Dreams in 2001. Kim was the first American gymnast to win the all-around title at the 1991 World Championships. She was three-time medalist (one gold, one silver & one bronze) at the 1991 World Championships in Indianapolis and two-time gold medalist at the 1992 World Championships in Paris. At the 1992 Olympic Games, she helped the US team to win the bronze medal. Chris is a National Team coach.
