Britt began gymnastics at age of five and quickly moved through the levels. In 2003, Britt won the all-around, vault, balance beam and team titles as well as a silver medal on floor exercise at the Peruvian National Championships in the seven-year-old category. She then won five gold medals and a silver medal at the International of Artistic Gymnastics "Wins Race" competition.

Britt continued to dominate in 2004, when she won the all-around and vault titles at the International of Artistic Gymnastics meet. She swept the gold medals at the Peruvian National Championships in the eight-year-old category

At the 2005 International of Artistic Gymnastics (age 9-10) in Cuba, Britt once again won five gold medals with the team, in the all-around and on vault, balance beam and floor exercise. In Mexico, Britt competed at the Pan-American Championships (age 9-10), where she placed fourth on vault. Britt won another all-around title at the Peruvan National Championships that same year. At that meet, the Peruvian Federation Gymnastics gave the prize, "Young Promise 2005" to Britt.

In 2006, Britt traveled to Habana, Cuba for the Pan American Championships, where the Peruvian team took a silver medal. Britt won three silver medals in the all-around and on uneven bars and balance beam. She also took home a gold medal on vault. At the South American Championships in Ecuador, Britt won three bronze medals with the team, on vault and floor exercise. Britt defeated her Peruvian National title that year. She then finished her 2006 season at the International of Artistic Gymnastics (age 9-10) in Peru. She won gold medals on everything, including the team.

Britt won the all-around, vault, uneven bars and balance beam titles at the 2007 Peruvan National Championships. She then traveled to Maracaibo, Venezuela for the South American Championships. There, she won gold medals in the all-around, team, vault and floor exercise. In 2008, Britt traveled to Hawaii with her club team, where she finished fourth in the all-around. Britt represented the Peruvian Team at the Pacific Rim Championships in San Jose, California, where she was the youngest gymnast competing. She finished 14th in the all-around. Britt once said that one of her favorite gymnastics memory was the 2008 South American Championships, where she won the all-around title.

In 2009, Britt traveled to Montreal, Canada for the 2009 Gymnix International. She finished 20th in the all-around as well as 6th on floor exercise. Britt was the only Peruvian to make a final at the 2009 Gymnix International, where she finished seventh on floor exercise. In November, Britt traveled to Aracju, Brazil for the Junior Pan American Championships. She helped the Peruvian team to finish eighth. Britt went 4 for 4 and finished 21st in the all-around. A week later, she traveled straight to Sucre, Bolivia for the Bolivarian Games, which is held every four years. Britt qualified to both uneven bars and floor exericse finals. During the floor finals, she won a bronze medal and tied with 2008 Olympian Natalia Sanchez of Colombia.

Currently. Britt is a junior international elite gymnast training at Accel Gymnastics with coaches Matt Hodges and Kelly Alliger-Keane. Britt hopes to be able to represent for Peru at the 2012 Olympics in London, England.

Britt Reusche Lari was born on July 3, 1996 in Lima, Peru. Currently, she lives in Redwood City, California with her mom (Ursula) and two sisters (Astrid and Bianca). Britt is in tenth grade where her favorite school subjects are science, math and language arts.
