Brooke Catherine Wrage was born on May 20, 1999 in Des Moines, Iowa to Jim and Maria Wrage. She has a younger sister, Lauren, a level 9 gymnast at Triad Gymnastics. Currently, Brooke is in 12th grade at Valley Southwoods in West Des Moines, Iowa. During Brooke's spare time, she enjoys art, hanging out with her friends and shopping.

Brooke started taking gymnastics classes at at the age of three. She joined the team at Triad Gymnastics as a level 4 gymnast in 2006 and has been there ever since. Brooke competed as a level 7 gymnast in 2009. She placed first on uneven bars at the State Championships and second in the all around. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Team.

In 2010, Brooke moved up to level 8. At the Coaches Spectacular, she placed third in the all-around, first on uneven bars and second on balance beam. She grabbed gold medals on vault, balance beam and in the all-around at the Gateway Challenge. At the St. Louis Classic, she placed first in the all-around as well as second on balance beam and floor exercise. At the Northern Lights Classic, she placed second in the all-around and first on vault. Brooke earned gold medals on vault, uneven bars, floor exercise and in the all-around at the State Championships. She finished sixth in the all-around at the Level 8 Regionals as a member of Iowa's Super 8 Team. She made her second National TOPs Team later in 2010.

As a first-year level 9 gymnast in 2011, Brooke grabbed gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around at the Harley Davidson Invitational. At the Northern Lights Classic, she placed third in the all-around and second on floor exercise. Brooke qualified to the Western Nationals after finishing fifth in the all-around and fourth on uneven bars at the Regionals. At the Western Nationals, she placed fifth on floor exercise.

Brooke had a great level 9 season in 2012, finishing in the top 3 in almost every meet. At the Chow's Winter Classic, Brooke finished second in the all-around as well as first on vault and floor exercise. Brooke brought home silver medals on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around at the Premier Invitational. She then placed second in the all-around at the Harley Davidson Invitational and third in the all-around at the Midwest Open Meet. At the Northern Lights Classic, she grabbed gold medals on balance beam and floor exercise and a silver medal in the all-around. Brooke performed well at the State Championships, winning gold medals on balance beam and in the all-around. At the Level 9Regionals, Brooke placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam, qualifying to the Western Nationals for the second time. At the Westerns, she placed impressive sixth on beam and floor and placed sixth in the all-around.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2013, she placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam and floor exercise at the Alamo Classic. At the Harley Davidson Invitational, she finished fourth in the all-around. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals after finishing sixth in the all-around as well as fifth on vault and floor exercise at the Region 4 Championships.

In 2014, Brooke started her season at the Meet Me in St. Louis, finishing first on balance beam and in the all-around. At the Alamo Classic, she placed fifth in the all-around and fourth on vault and floor exercise. She qualified to the event finals where she brought home a silver medal on floor exercise with a 9.725. Brooke had a great meet at the Circle of Stars Invitational and placed second in the all-around with a 38.100, first on balance beam and second on vault and floor exercise. Brooke finished second on vault and third on uneven bars at the Harley Davidson Invitational. Brooke was unable to compete in the all-around rest of the season. She concluded her season at the Northern Lights Classic, finishing third on uneven bars. Brooke missed 2015 and 2016 seasons due to an injury.

Currently, Brooke is preparing for the 2017 season as a level 10 gymnast. She trains 27 hours per week at Triad Gymnastics in Ankeny, Iowa under coaches Donna and Tom Moretti. Brooke is working hard to reach her long-term goal, to obtain a NCAA Division 1 scholarship.
