Caitlin has been training at Oakland Gymnastics Training Center in Michigan since 2012. As a level 5 gymnast in 2014, she placed fourth in the all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. She quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2015 season where she placed fifth in the all-around with a 37.175 and fifth on vault. Caitlin competed as a level 8 gymnast the next two seasons. In 2016, she finished fifth in the all-around with a 37.350 and fourth on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she placed in the top ten in the all-around with a 37.200 and fifth on balance beam.
In 2017, Caitlin finished third in the all-around with a 37.525 and third on vault at the Level 8 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships where she won the all-around title with a 37.850. She also placed first on uneven bars and floor exercise. As a level 9 gymnast in 2018, Caitlin placed fourth in the all-around and third on vault at the State Championships. She did well at the Region 5 Championships where she finished second in the all-around, second on floor exercise and fifth on uneven bars and balance beam. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Rochester, NY.
Caitlin trains 24 hours per week at Oakland Gymnastics Training Center under coaches Ruth Miller, Chris Miller, Renee Henry and Mel Foster. Caitlin is working hard to become a successful level 10 gymnast. Her long-term goal is to compete for a college gymnastics team.
