Caroline was inspired by the gymnasts of the 2008 Olympics and began teaching herself cartwheels, handstands and flips from the couches. After two years of listening to pleas for classes (And possibly hoping to spare the furniture), Caroline's mom and dad signed her up for a recreational class at Superior Gymnastics in Morrisville, NC. She was given a chance to train for the level 3 team shortly after starting classes and from there her love for gymnastics grew. Following her level 4 season in 2013, Caroline began training at Sonshine Gymnastics in Holly Springs, NC. She was the 2014 Level 5 NC State Balance Beam Bronze Medalist, 2016 Level 6 NC State Vault and All-Around Champion and 2017 Level 6 Regional All-Around Silver Medalist.

In 2017 as a level 7 gymnast, Caroline earned gold medals on vault, balance beam, floor exercise and in the all-around with a 38.350 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships where she placed first on floor exercise and third on uneven bars. Caroline moved up to level 8 for the 2018 season where she placed first on floor exercise and second on balance beam at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished first on balance beam, second on floor exercise and second in the all-around.

Caroline moved to Bull City Gymnastics in Durham, NC following her level 8 season. Caroline had a great level 9 season where she earned gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around with a 38.175 and silver medals on vault and floor exercise at the Region 8 Championships. She qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals in Kissimmee, FL where she placed third in the all-around, third on uneven bars and fourth on vault.

Caroline qualified to the 2020 Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Caroline placed third in the all-around with a 37.725 and third on balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships where she placed fifth on uneven bars and eighth on balance beam.

When Caroline isn't busy training over 22 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys baking, reading and hanging out with her friends and family. She currently lives in New Hill, NC with her parents, Jared and Jaime, two sisters, Jocelyn and Abigail, one brother, Samuel and three cats. Caroline is an honor student at CrossRoads FLEX and she will graduate in 2023. She has been a member of Girl Scout since 2010.
