From an early age, Christelle has shown a level of flexibility that was very impressive. She loved playing outdoors and being active. One day, her mom came across 5 Star advertisement and decided to check it out. When they met Leon, he talked to them about joining the team. The look of amazement rushed through Christelle's face as she watched the gymnasts doing their normal daily routines. She immediately fell in love. Being in gymnastics instilled discipline, hard work and dedication in her character and who she is as a person.

Christelle is the 2014 Level 4 NY State All-Around Bronze Medalist, 2015 Level 5 NY State Floor Exercise Silver Medalist and 2016 Level 7 NY State Uneven Bars Silver Medalist and Floor Exercise Bronze Medalist. Christelle competed level 8 for the next two seasons where she placed third in the all-around and first on vault and floor exercise at the 2017 State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she finished eighth in the all-around and fourth on vault. In 2018, Christelle won the floor exercise title at the State Championships. She was unable to compete in 2019 due to an injury.

When Christelle is not training 20-25 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys playing the violin, piano and learning new languages. She can speak English, French, Spanish and Creole! She is an honor student at Carle Place High School. Some of her school achievements and community service include:
