  Leave the house for gym

  1st Practice

  Lunch break


  3:30-7:00PM
  2nd practice


  7:30 – 10:00PM
  Dinner chill out time to ice, massage, relax, and get things ready for   tomorrow's practices



This schedule is M, T, W, and F. Thursday I have one practice from 8:30 – 1:00 and 9:00 – 1:00 on Saturday.
