Claire did really well at the Denver Winterfest Classic in Aurora, Colorado this past weekend, finishing first in the all-around with a 37.075. She placed first on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.625 and 9.375 respectively as well as second on floor exercise with a 9.425. Good job Claire!

Claire was busy this past weekend at the WOGA Classic, competing in two sessions. In the National Elite Qualifier, she finished second on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around. On that same day, she competed in the international session, finishing third on vault, balance beam and in the all-around. Well done Claire.

Claire competed last night at the Pikes Peak Cup in Colorado Springs, CO, finishing eighth in the all-around with a 36.500. She placed fourth on vault with a 9.450 and fifth on floor exercise scoring a 9.400. Well done Claire.

Claire started her 2012 season this weekend at the Sand Dollar Invitational in Kissimmee, Florida. She finished tenth on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around. Good job Claire.

Claire concluded her 2011 season today at the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago, IL. She scored a 13.0 on vault, 11.7 on uneven bars, 12.8 on balance beam and 12.6 on floor exercise. Full results have been posted from the meet.

Claire will be traveling to Chicago, Illinois for the US Covergirl Classic next weekend on July 23rd which will be held at the UIC Pavilion. The junior elite division will start at 11:30 a.m and she will start the meet on balance beam. Claire will need a 52.5 to qualify for the VISA Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota next month. Claire competed yesterday at the American Classic, a qualifier to the VISA Championships. She placed ninth in the all-around and eighth on vault with a 13.300. She will try to qualify to the VISA Championships in a few weeks at the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago.

Claire did well today in Dallas, Texas. This morning for the elite qualifier, Claire finished first in the all-around with a 51.050 in the first session (juniors). She placed first on floor exercise with a 13.450 and second on uneven bars. There, she qualified to the Classics this summer. Claire competed again in the evening for the international session finishing ninth overall Good job Claire! Full results and videos have been posted from the meet.

Claire traveled to California for the Gliders Elite Qualifier last weekend. She finished fifth in the all-around, third on uneven bars and fourth on floor exercise. Good job Claire. She will be traveling to Dallas, Texas for the WOGA Elite Qualifier this weekend.

Welcome to the Official Website of Claire Hammen! She is a junior international elite gymnast from GK Gymnastics in Colorado. She is training under coaches Gene and Lorraine Koehnke. Currently, Claire is training for upcoming 2011 season where she hopes to have a successful season as a junior international elite gymnast.
