Welcome to Dana Ho's Official Website! Dana Ho is a level 10 gymnast training at World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) in Plano, Texas. She is training under coaches Laurent Landi and Cecile Canqueteau-Landi. At only 16-years-old, Dana accomplished a few achievements during her gymnastics career.
In 2008, Dana won the balance beam title at the Level 10 Regionals. That same year, she qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals. In 2009, Dana won a silver medal in the all-around at the Level 10 Texas State. She then became Level 10 Regional Floor Champion. In 2010, Dana placed fifth in the all-around and second on floor exercise at the Level 10 Texas State Championships. At the Level 10 Regionals, Dana won a silver medal on balance beam and qualified to her second JO Nationals. At the JO Nationals, Dana finished seventh in the all-around and third on balance beam. In 2011, Dana placed first in the all-around at the Level 10 Texas State and second in the all-around at the Level 10 Regionals. At the JO Nationals, she placed eighth on balance beam. In 2012, Dana placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, Dana earned gold medals on uneven bars, balance beam and in the all-around, qualifying to the JO Nationals.
