Currently, Dana is in Long Beach, California this week for the Junior Olympic Nationals. She placed eighth on balance beam with a 9.425. She also scored a 9.350 on both vault and floor exercise. Well done Dana! Full results have been posted from the meet.

Today at the Region III Championships, Dana placed second in the all-around with a 38.350. She won a bronze medal on balance beam scoring a 9.575 and a silver medal on floor exercise with a 9.600. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals, to be held May 14-15 in Long Beach, California. Congratulations Dana!
March 27, 2011:
Dana is the 2011 Level 10 Texas State AA Champion! She did a fantastic job today by winning the all-around title with a 38.700! She also won gold medals on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.825 and 9.675 respectively. She has qualified to the Level 10 Regionals in Plano, Texas. Congratulations Dana! March 7, 2011:
This past weekend, Dana traveled to Houston, Texas for the Houston National Invitational. On the first day of the competition, Dana helped the WOGA team to finish second in the Team Cup, winning $2,500 for the gym. On the next day, Dana finished fourth in the all-around with a 37.575. She placed second on uneven bars with a 9.800 as well as fifth on vault scoring a 9.450 and eighth on floor exercise with a 9.500. Well done Dana!

Today at the WOGA Classic, Dana finished fifth in the all-around as well as third on vault with a 9.575 and second on uneven bars scoring a 9.725. Well done Dana!

Dana began her 2011 season yesterday at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed 11th in the all-around as well as tenth on vault with a 9.500 and fifth on uneven bars scoring a 9.175. Good job Dana. Full results are up from the meet.

Dana had a fantastic meet last night at the Junior Olympic National Championships in Dallas, TX! She placed seventh in the all-around out of 56 gymnasts in the Junior B division. Dana's best performances came on balance beam and floor exercise where she finished third place on beam and sixth place on floor scoring a 9.55 and 9.525 respectively. Congratulations Dana! Yesterday, Dana traveled to Rio Rancho, New Mexico for the Level 10 Region III Championships. She did well, where she finished seventh overall with a 37.400. She placed fourth on uneven bars with a 9.300 and second on balance beam scoring a 9.675. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Dallas, Texas. Congratulations Dana!

Dana competed last night at the Level 10 Texas State Championships. She finished fifth in the all-around with a 37.175. She placed second on balance beam scoring a 9.575 as well as seventh on uneven bars (9.100) and sixth on floor exercise (9.425). Good job Dana!

Dana did well last night at the 2009 Great West Gym Fest in Coeur D'Arlene, Idaho, where she finished second in the all-around with a 37.525. She placed second on uneven bars with a 9.4 and first on balance beam scoring 9.7. Dana is going to be in event finals tonight on uneven bars and balance beam. Good luck Dana! Dana just finished competing earlier at the 2009 Metroplex Challenge. She finished sixth in the all-around as well as fifth on vault with a 9.15 and second on floor exercise scoring 9.45. Good job Dana! She will be competing again next weekend at the 2009 WOGA Classic.

Welcome to Dana Ho's Official Website! Dana is a 13-year-old aspiring level 10 gymnast who trains at the World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) in Plano, Texas. Dana's last competition was at the 2008 Junior Olympic Nationals in Florida where she finished 11th on uneven bars. Now, Dana is training hard for upcoming 2009 season.
