Dymiana took a trial gymnastics class in 2008 when she was seven years old. She fell in love with the sport and quickly progressed in the sport. As a level 5 gymnast in 2010, Dymiana finished fifth in the all-around with a 37.975 and first on uneven bars and floor exercise at the NY State Championships. In 2011 as a level 6 gymnast, she finished fourth in the all-around, first on uneven bars and third on balance beam and floor exercise at the NJ State Championships. Dymiana tested out of level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2012 season. At the NJ State Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around with a 37.800 and sixth on vault. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships where she placed sixth on vault.
As a level 9 gymnast in 2013, Dymiana finished third on vault and fifth on floor exercise at the NY State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she finished second in the all-around, first on vault and fourth on floor exercise. Dymiana qualified to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals where she finished fifth on vault. Dymiana moved up to level 10 for the 2014 season. At the PA State Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around and first on balance beam. She then placed second on uneven bars, fourth on floor exercise and tenth in the all-around at the Region 7 Championships. She competed at the Junior Olympic NIT in Jackson, MS.
In 2015, Dymiana placed fifth in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the NY State Championships. At the Region 6 Championships, she finished fifth on balance beam and sixth on vault. At the 2016 OH State Championships, Dymiana placed sixth in the all-around and fifth on uneven bars. She qualified to the Region 5 Championships where she finished in the top ten in the all-around and fifth on floor exercise. In 2017, Dymiana placed second in the all-around with a 37.675, first on balance beam and second on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she finished fifth in the all-around with a 37.375 and fourth on balance beam. Dymiana qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN where she placed 11th in the all-around with a 37.500 and tenth on balance beam.
Currently, Dymiana is preparing for the 2018 season as a level 10 gymnast where she hopes to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals again. She trains 28 hours per week at Parkettes National Gymnastics Center in Allentown, PA under coaches Robin Netwall, John Holman and Bill & Donna Strauss. Dymiana would like to compete for a Division I college gymnastics team.
