Ellie's gymnastics journey began when she was four years old and was enrolled in a recreational program. It was clear from the start that this was her passion. She has been training at Infinity Gymnastics (Formerly Northwind Gymnastics) in Alpharetta, GA since level 4 in 2015.

Ellie was the 2015 Level 4 GA State Floor Exercise Champion, 2017 Level 6 GA State Vault & Floor Exercise Champion and All-Around Silver Medalist, 2017 Level 6 Regional Qualifier, 2018 Level 7 GA State Vault, Uneven Bars, Floor Exercise and All-Around Silver Medalist and 2018 Level 7 Regional Vault and Floor Exercise Bronze Medalist. As a level 8 gymnast in 2019, Ellie placed fifth in the all-around and fourth on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished sixth on uneven bars. In 2020 as a level 9 gymnast, Ellie qualified to the State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2021, Ellie placed fourth on vault and seventh on floor exercise at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships.
