World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) was founded in 1994 by co-owners, Yevgeny Marchenko and Valeri Liukin. Yevgeny Marchenko was five-time World champion, four-time European champion, and National USSR Champion in Sport Acrobatics. Valeri Liukin was a member of the USSR National Team between 1985 and 1992, two-time medalist at the 1988 Olympics and was the first in the world to perform a triple back on floor exercise! Since WOGA opened in 1994; they have produced many Junior Olympic, US National, World and Olympic Champions.

Emily is coached by Laurent Landi and Natasha Boyarskaya. Laurent was 8-time French National Champion, 1994 European HB Bronze Medalist and 1995 European FX/HB Silver Medalist.
