Emma had a lot of energy when she was a toddler, so her mom decided to enroll her into a parent-tot class for fun. Emma has been training at US Gold Gymnastics in Destin, FL her whole gymnastics career. As a level 8 gymnast in 2013, Emma placed third in the all-around with a 37.575 and third on vault at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she finished second in the all-around with a 37.875 and first on vault and balance beam. Emma moved up to level 9 for the 2014 season where she qualified to the Region 8 Championships.

In 2015, Emma placed first in the all-around with a 37.550 and first on vault at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 8 Championships, finishing third on vault. Emma was unable to compete in 2016 due to an injury. She came back in 2017 as a second-year level 10 gymnast. She placed sixth in the all-around and first on vault at the State Championships. She earned a bronze medal on vault at the Region 8 Championships. In 2018, Emma was the first alternate for the Junior Olympic Nationals after finishing eighth in the all-around and second on vault at the Region 8 Championships. In 2019, Emma placed second in the all-around with a 37.475 and first on vault with a 9.850 at the State Championships, qualifying to Regionals.

Emma trains 24 hours per week at US Gold Gymnastics in Destin, FL under coaches Kelly Pugh, Noelle Zayac and Stephen Andrews. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals. Her long-term goal is to obtain a college gymnastics scholarship.
