Grace started gymnastics when she was 4 1/2 years old. She started her competitive career at Byers Roseville in California. When Grace was at Byers, she finished fourth in the all-around and second on vault at the 2005 Level 7 State Championships. In 2006, Grace moved to WOGA in Plano, Texas. In 2007, Grace was the Level 9 Regional Floor Champion and Level 9 Western Qualifier. In 2009, Grace qualified to junior international elite and earned a silver medal on uneven bars at the US Classic. Grace is three-time US National Qualifier.
