Welcome to the Official Website of Gracie Day! Gracie is a level 10 gymnast from Chow's Gymnastics in West Des Moines, Iowa training under coaches Liang Chow and Mike Durante.
Prior to Chow's Gymnastics, Gracie trained at Aerial Athletics in Texas. She placed fifth in the all-around and second on vault at the 2010 Level 8 State Championships. She moved up to level 9 for the 2011 season where she earned silver medals on vault and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, Gracie finished second in the all-around and first on vault. This qualified Gracie to the Western Nationals and finished third in the all-around, fifth on vault and first on uneven bars.
In 2012, Gracie placed sixth in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the Level 10 State Championships. She concluded her 2012 season at the Region 3 Championships, finishing tenth in the all-around, first on vault and fifth on uneven bars. In 2013, Gracie placed first on vault and fourth in the all-around at the State Championships. At the Level 10 Regionals, she placed second in the all-around as well as first on vault, uneven bars and floor exercise. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals where she placed seventh on vault and uneven bars and 16th overall. Currently, Gracie is preparing for the 2013 season.
