Hannah started gymnastics at the age of three as part of her dance classes. It was evident that she loved the sport because she spent most of her time tumbling or walking on her hands. At the age of five, she was in the highest level recreational class at her dance studio and her coach recommended she find a team to join. Hannah stayed in dance for a period of time, but quickly realized she loved gymnastics and wanted to put all her focus on that sport.

In 2010, at the end of the summer, Hannah started at Trevino’s Gymnastics. Hannah learned the compulsory routines quickly and was able to compete that season in one meet. Hannah continued to excel through her time as a compulsory gymnast, placing in the top three all-around multiple times. In 2012, Hannah had scores for both vault and floor in America’s Top 100. In 2013, Hannah’s level 4 season, she won the state floor title. Following her 2013 season, Hannah moved to Metroplex Gymnastics, in Allen, TX.

Hannah tested out of level 5 and moved up to level 7 for the 2015 season. At the Level 7 State Championships, she placed fourth in the all-around with a 38.875. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships where she finished sixth in the all-around. Hannah was named to America's Top 100 on floor exercise and in the all-around in level 7.

Hannah moved up to level 8 for the 2016 season. At the State Championships, she placed third in the all-around with a 38.025, second on floor exercise and third on balance beam. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished third in the all-around with a 37.575. Hannah began her 2017 level 9 season by placing first all-around at the Metroplex Challenge, but was unable to finish the season due to injury. Hannah competed level 10 for the 2019 season where she earned silver medals on uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished sixth on balance beam and ninth overall, qualifying to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN.

In 2020, Hannah qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Hannah placed fifth in the all-around and third on uneven bars at the State Championships.
