Welcome to Heather Foley's Official Website! Heather is a level 10 gymnast from Salto Gymnastics in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She is training under coaches James Melcarek and Kristen Kremer.

Heather began gymnastics when she was 3 years old and has loved it ever since! She moved up the team levels quickly and earned a spot on the TOPS National team for ages 10 and 11. In 2007, at age 12, she competed her first year level 10 and had a phenomenal year! Two meets in a row she was undefeated; winning first on all four events and the all around. She continued to shine, winning first at state and second in the all-around and first on uneven bars Level 10 Regionals. There, she qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Ohio. She was injured most of the 2008 season and returned in 2009 as a level 10 and pre-elite gymnast.

In 2009, Heather qualified to junior pre-elite at the Metroplex Challenge. Heather qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals for the second time that same year after finishing 7th in the all-around and second on uneven bars. After Heather's level 10 season, she traveled to Des Moines, Iowa for the US Challenge. There, she finished third in the all-around as well as second on vault and uneven bars.

In 2010, Heather won the all-around title and first on uneven bars and balance beam at the Level 10 Regional championships and qualified to her third JO Nationals in Dallas, Texas. At the JO Nationals, she finished 11th on balance beam with a 9.475. In 2011, she won silver medals on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around at the Level 10 Regionals. She qualified to the JO Nationals for fourth time and placed eighth on balance beam.

Heather has verbally committed to the University of Illinois during the 2012-2013 school year. We hope this website will give everyone a chance to learn about this exciting gymnast and to get up-to-date reports on how she is doing with her gymnastics career. We hope you continue to support Heather in the future.
