Training: Front handspring front pike and front handspring front pike 1/2

Uneven Bars
KCH + Gienger; KCH + free hipcircle to handstand + pak salto; KCH 1/2; kip + squat-on; KCH + giant + giant + double tuck dismount

Training: Giant 1/1 + double tuck dismount and full-in dismount

Balance Beam
BHS + back layout stepout; full turn; back tuck + straddle jump; switch split leap + straddle jump 3/4; front layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Side aerial, front toss, flip flop + back layout + back layout and straddle jump 1/1

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + double pike; front layout + front layout; front layout 1/1 + front pike; 1.5 turn; switch side leap + Popa; tuck jump 1.5;

Training: Rudi, roundoff + double tuck, switch side leap + straddle jump 1.5
