Welcome to Julianna Drapkin's Official Website! Julianna is an upcoming gymnast from Rebound Gymnastics in New Jersey. She is training under coaches Diane Farrell, Chris McSweeny and Kim Dziomba. At only 12-year-old, Julianna has already accomplished many things in her gymnastics career.
In 2007, Julianna won the all-around as well as balance beam and floor exercise titles at the Level 6 State Championships. Her floor score set a new state record. In 2008, Julianna set another new state record on floor exercise at the Level 7 State Championships. There, she won the all-around and floor exercise titles. Julianna quickly moved up to level 8. At the Level 8 State Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around and qualified to the Level 8 Regional Championships. Julianna made the TOPs National "B" Team in 2007 and 2008.
Julianna moved up to level 9 and hopes pre-elite in 2009. At the Level 9 State Championships, Julianna finished third on vault and seventh in the all-around. She became the alternate for the Eastern Championships after finishing seventh in the all-around at the Level 9 Regional. Soon after, Julianna won the Parkette Elite Qualifier and qualified to hopes pre-elite. In July, she competed at the US Challenge in Des Moines, where she finished 20th overall. In the end of September, Julianna made the TOPs National "A" Team. In 2010, Julianna moved up to level 10, where she qualified to the Junior Olympic National Invitational Tournament. As a pre-elite gymnast, Julianna finished fourth in the all-around at the US Challenge.
Currently, Julianna is preparing for the 2011 season, where she hopes to have a successful season as a level 10 and elite gymnast.
