KCH + toe-on to handstand + toe-shoot to high bar; KCH 1/2 + overshoot; kip + squat-on; KCH + giant + giant + double tuck dismount

Training: Giant 1/2, pak salto and double pike dismount

Balance Beam
Front tuck; BHS + back layout stepout; switch split leap + straddle jump 3/4; full turn; back tuck + split jump; roundoff + back layout 2/1 dismount

Training: Gainer back layout stepout and triple series

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + BHS + double tuck; double turn; roundoff + BHS + back layout 2/1; switch side leap + Popa; roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front pike

Training: Rudi, back layout 2.5 and double pike
