Welcome to the Official Website of Kate Mierow. She is a level 10 gymnast from Salto Gymnastics in Wisconsin training under coaches Jim Melcarek and Kristen Kremer.

Kate competed as a level 9 gymnast in 2009 where she placed fifth in the all-around at the State Championships. She qualified to the Western Nationals after finishing sixth in the all-around, third on vault and fourth on balance beam at the Level 9 Regionals. In 2012, Kate finished fourth in the all-around and third on balance beam at the Level 10 State Championships. In 2013, Kate placed fourth in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the state Championships. She qualified and competed at the Junior Olympic NIT.
