I have 5 things to ask:
1. How many hours a week do you work out?
2. How many leos do you own?
3. Do you homeschool, public, private, or specialty school?
4. Do you work out with just elites or level 10's too?
5. How do you set so high for your full in?
Thank you so much Kamerin! You're so good! XOXO TORRENCE A. REDFORD

Admin reply: Hi Torrence,
I work out 30 hours a week.
I have about 8 leos that I like to wear.
I do homeschooling.
I work out with level 10s too.
I am still trying to figure out how to set my full-in higher.

Kamerin,
What does it feel like to win a gold medal at JO nationals? Are you ever really scared to do skills? Is it cool when people ask for your autographs? How did TOPS help your gymnastics? Are you and Jordyn close?
BY THE WAY! you are such a great gymnast. You are truly incredible. I love to watch you flip and twist on youtube!

Hey Kamerin! My name is Aliyah and I am only a year younger than you. I'm trying to get my roundoff full off beam, and I know you can do lots of twists off the end so could you help me?
My problem is that I do a "cautious" (that's what my coach calls it) hurdle so I don't have power.
By the way...YOU ARE AMAZING!!!
Jessica

Admin reply: Hi Aliyah,
I know exactly how you feel. I used to do a cautious hurdle too. My advice is that you do it on a line on the floor with out doing the cautious hurdle. Then when you go to the beam, pretend that you are on the line on the floor. That way, it shouldn't feel any different. Just keep trying and eventually you will get it. Good luck with your gymnastics.

Hello, Kamerin!
I recently came from Connecticut to watch the elites in Battle Creek, MI. During the elites, you really stood out! Your floor was incredible, along with your vault and beam. I was worried about your bars (jaeger) from what I saw in touch, but I was so thrilled when you hit your set. You are a true competitor! I hope that your future is filled with fantastic meets, gold medals, positive experiences, and a particular five rings... Congrats at the Classics, and have a fabulous season!
Love, Kadence
