hi kamerin do you use wrist guards on beam do you think i should i use wrist guards on floor and vault but should i use guards on beam  Admin reply: I use wrist guards (tiger paws) on vault and sometimes on floor. I never wear them on beam but if it hurts your wrists to do beam then I would.

Private post. Click to view. Admin reply: Haha, I don't really know how to prevent the pain. I usually just wear wrist guards when I'm tumbling or vaulting and if my foot, knee, etc. hurts, then i just wrap some tape around it. Thanks for your support!

I think that you are a very pretty gymnast and I think that you should go far in this sport. I was looking at your scores from this one meet and it said you got a 9.90. THAT'S AMAZING!!!! Hey Kamerin!
Saw that you were spectating at championships! Good to see that you're still around.
What kind of shoulder injury do you have? There seems to be a lot of that going around on the national team. Are you out of the gym with this injury, or are you training, but just not competing?

BekahAdmin reply: Hi Bekah. I love going to watch meets even if I'm not competing. I tore my labrum so I can't compete for a while. I am still training, just slowly getting the motion back in my shoulder. Hopefully i won't have to watch too many more meets before I can get back out there. Can't wait. Thanks!
