Kennady Kreinbrink was born on June 18, 2003 in Ohio to Jason and Stacie Kreinbrink. She has two sisters, Kayla & Karlee, a brother, Kaden and two dogs named Lola and Apollo. Currently, Kennady is an honor student at Anthony Wayne High School and she will graduate in 2021.

Kennady's aunt, Kristy Rankin, inspired her to try gymnastics. It all started after she watched her old collegiate gymnastics videos. She started her competitive gymnastics career at Exceleration Gymnastics Center in Toledo, OH. She placed first in the all-around and first on vault and uneven bars at the 2014 Level 4 State Championships. She skipped level 5 and 6 before moving up to level 7 for the 2014-2015 season. Kennady placed fourth in the all-around and fourth on floor exercise at the Level 7 State Championships.

Following Kennady's level 7 season, she moved to New Heights Gymnastics in Wauseon, OH for two seasons. In 2016 as a level 8 gymnast, she placed in the top six on vault, uneven bars and floor exercise at the State Championships and fifth on vault at the Region 5 Championships. She moved up to level 9 for the 2017 season but was unable to compete at the State Championships due to an injury. Kennady moved to Gym America in Ann Arbor, MI in 2017. She continued competing level 9 in 2018 where she placed seventh in the all-around and fourth on vault at the State Championships. At the Region 5 Championships, she finished eighth in the all-around and fourth on vault. She was the first alternate for the Level 9 Eastern Nationals. In 2019, Kennedy placed second in the all-around and third on vault and balance beam at the State Championships. She was unable to compete at Regionals.

Kennady trains over 22 hours per week at Gym America in Ann Arbor, MI under coaches Claudia & Ed Kretschmer and Brian Zook. She is working hard to obtain her level 10 skills for the 2019-2020 season. Her long-term goal is to obtain a college gymnastics scholarship.
