Training: Tkatchev, toe-on to handstand 1/1, toe-shoot, double pike dismount, overshoot to handstand

Balance Beam
Full turn; flip flop + back layout stepout; pike jump + split jump 1/1; split jump + back tuck; roundoff + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Flip flop + back pike, wolf jump 1/1, front tuck, gainer pike dismount

Floor Exercise
Roundoff + back layout 1.5 + front tuck; tour jete 1/2 + split jump 1/1; punch front layout 1/1; double turn; roundoff + back layout 1.5
