Training: Tsukahara Layout and Yurchenko

Uneven Bars
Jump to high bar; KCH + pak salto; KCH 1/2; kip + squat-on; KCH + toe-on to handstand + double tuck dismount

Training: Jaeger, front giant and giant 1/2

Balance Beam
1/1 wolf turn; switch split leap + split jump; flip flop + back tuck; back tuck + split jump; roundoff + back layout 1/1 dismount

Training: Front tuck, flip flop + back layout, roundoff + back layout 1.5 dismount, side aerial, switch split leap + back tuck + split jump

Floor Exercise
Punch front layout 1/1 + front tuck; hop wolf jump 1/1 + switch split leap; roundoff + flip flop + back layout 1.5 + front pike; 1.5 turn with leg up
