Kylie Elizabeth Kratchwell was born on July 5, 1999 in Sewell, NJ to Matthew and Loretta Kratchwell. She has a sister, Lindsay and a brother, Matthew. Kylie is a senior at Washington Township High School, graduating in the spring of 2017. Currently, she is taking all Honors classes.

Kylie's aunt is a gymnastics coach, so she started taking gymnastics classes for fun at the age of three and fell in love with the sport. She trained at Rainbow gymnastics under coaches Jenna Gross and Melissa McNally during her compulsory years. She competed levels 7-9 at Cherry Hill Gymnastics.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2010, Kylie finished first on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around at the Christmas on the Chesapeake. At the Star Struck Invitational, she placed first on uneven bars and floor exercise as well as second in the all-around. She finished second on vault, balance beam and in the all-around at the Parkettes Invitational. Kylie did really well at the Daytona Beach Open where she first in the all-around with a 37.575 and first on balance beam and floor exercise. At the State Championships, she placed third in the all-around with a 37.950 and third on balance beam.

Kylie moved up to level 9 for the 2011 season. She finished third in the all-around and second on vault and balance beam at the Black-Eyed Susan Invitational. At the Robin Cone Classic, she placed first on floor exercise and third in the all-around. Kylie placed sixth in the all-around and fourth on balance beam at the Pink Invitational. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships. Kylie repeated level 9 in 2012. She placed first on vault and floor exercise at the Star Stuck Invitational. At the Pink Invitational, she placed first on balance beam and third on floor exercise and in the all-around. She finished eighth on uneven bars at the Region 7 Championships. After the 2012 season, Kylie started training at Will-Moor School of Gymnastics.

In 2013, Kylie started her level 10 season at the Rutgers Color Games where she finished first on balance beam. At the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, she finish first in the all-around and second on balance beam. She earned a gold medal on balance beam at the City of Lights Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed seventh in the all-around and qualified to the Region 7 Championships.

Kylie started her 2014 season at the Christmas on the Chesapeake, finishing first on vault, balance beam and in the all-around. At the Rutgers Color Games, she placed second on balance beam and fourth in the all-around, Kylie did really well at the Star Struck Invitational, finishing first on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around with a 37.250. She qualified to the event finals on all four events where she placed first on vault with a 9.625 and uneven bars. At the Pink Invitational, Kylie finished first on vault with a 9.550 and uneven bars scoring a 9.450 and third in the all-around. Kylie was unable to compete at the State Meet and Regionals due to an injury.

In 2015, Kylie won the all-around title at the Rutgers Classic. At the Christmas on the Chesapeake, she placed first on vault and third on balance beam. Kylie placed second on balance beam at the State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she finished fourth in the all-around and third on balance beam. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Des Moines, IA where she placed fifth on balance beam.

Kylie finished third in the all-around with a 37.450, second on uneven bars and third on floor exercise at the 2016 State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she placed sixth in the all-around with a 37.475 and fifth on balance beam. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals but was unable to compete due to an injury.

Currently, Kylie is preparing for the 2017 season as a level 10 gymnast. She trains 24 hours per week at Will-Moor School of Gymnastics in Mount Laurel, New Jersey under coaches Kim Bonus and Jeanne Kane. Kylie would like to become a successful level 10 gymnast as well as to compete for a college gymnastics team.
