Welcome to Lauren Li's Official Website! Lauren is a level 10 gymnast from World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) in Plano, Texas. She is training under coaches Laurent Landi and Cecile Canqueteau-Landi.

In 2009, Lauren finished second on uneven bars and in the all-around at the Level 10 Texas States. At the Level 10 Regional Championships, she placed 12th in the all-around and sixth on uneven bars. In 2010, Lauren placed sixth overall as well as fourth on floor exercise and fifth on vault at the Level 10 Regional Championships. There, she qualified to the Junior Olympic National Championships, where she finished tenth in the all-around, sixth on vault and third on floor exercise. In 2011, Lauren won the all-around title at the Level 10 Regionals and qualified to the JO Nationals for the second time. At the JO's she placed ninth on vault and seventh on floor exercise. In 2012, Lauren placed second in the all-around and first on balance beam at the Level 10 Regionals. At the JO Nationals, she finished 14th overall and third on balance beam. In 2013, Lauren placed first on uneven bars and in the all-around at the Level 10 Regionals. At the JO Nationals, she finished 13th in the all-around and eighth on balance beam.
