Alexandra "Lexie" Wills was born on September 16, 2002 in Dallas, TX to Jarrad and Stacy Wills. She has a brother, Austin, a sister, Aubrey and two dogs named Sadie and Stanie. Currently, Lexie is an honor student at Marcus High School and she will graduate in 2021. Lexie is a member of Math Honors Society. During Lexie's spare time, she enjoys reading, drawing and singing in the church choir.

Lexie started taking recreational classes when she was two years old for fun. She fell in love with the sport and joined competitive team by age five. Lexie has been training at Denton Gymnastics Academy in Denton, TX since 2011. As a level 5 gymnast in 2013, Lexie placed third in the all-around with a 37.875 and second on vault at the State Championships. In 2014 as a level 6 gymnast, she finished first in the all-around with a 37.325 and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. Lexie was named to America's Top 100 on vault in 2013 and 2014. She tested out of level 7 and quickly moved up to level 8 for the 2015 season. She placed fourth on vault and sixth in the all-around with a 37.500 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, scoring a 37.475 in the all-around.

In 2016 as a first-year level 9 gymnast, Lexie placed third on floor exercise and sixth on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships where she earned a silver medal on floor exercise with a 9.725. Lexie was named to America's Top 100 twice on floor exercise. In 2017, she finished fifth in the all-around, first on balance beam and third on floor exercise at the State Championships. She did well at the Region 3 Championships where she placed third in the all-around, first on vault and fourth on floor exercise. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals in Boise, ID, finishing seventh on vault. Lexie moved up to level 10 for the 2018 season. At the State Championships, she placed seventh on balance beam and qualified to the Region 3 Championships.

In 2019, Lexie qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing seventh on balance beam. She qualified to the 2020 Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Lexie trains 32 hours per week at Denton Gymnastics Academy in Denton, TX under coaches Rodica and Aurel Lazar. She is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals the next few years. Her long-term goal is to compete for a college gymnastics team.
