Little Lexi was driving her mom crazy climbing, jumping and flipping all over, so her mom decided to sign her up for a gymnastics class for fun at a local gym called World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) in Plano, TX. A year later, she was invited to join pre-team.

In 2016 as a level 7 gymnast, Lexi placed in the top ten in the all-around and fourth on uneven bars with a 9.650 at the State Championships. She moved up to level 8 for the 2017 season where she placed sixth in the all-around with a 37.700, second on uneven bars and fourth on floor exercise. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing eighth in the all-around with a 37.375 and fourth on uneven bars. She was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars. Lexi was unable to compete in 2018 due to an injury but came back even better in 2019 as a level 9 gymnast. She qualified to the Level 9 Western Nationals after winning the all-around and uneven bars titles with a 37.650 at the Region 3 Championships. At the Nationals in Spokane, WA, Lexi finished sixth in the all-around and second on uneven bars.

Lexi was unable to compete most of the 2021 season due to an injury but did qualify to the Level 10 State Championships. In 2022, Lexi placed second in the all-around with a 37.575 and first on floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished third in the all-around with a 37.700 and third on balance beam. She qualified to the Level 10 National Championships in Mesa, AZ.

When Lexi was not training 34 hours per week at World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA), she enjoys baking and shopping. She is also an honor student at Texas Connections Academy where she is a member of National Junior Honor Society. She is active in her youth group at Custer Road United Methodist Church (CRUMY) and a member of National Charity League Bluebonnet Chapter.
