Lina Hudak was born on August 30, 2005 in China. She was adopted by Tim and Julie Hudak and currently lives in Pflugerville, TX with her parents, an older sister, Sidney and a Teacup Yorkie named Jax. Lina is an honor student at Hendrickson High School and she will graduate in 2023.

Lina started taking gymnastics classes at a local gym in 2011 at the age of six. She fell in love with the sport and quickly progressed in the sport. As a level 5 gymnast in 2015, Lina placed third on uneven bars at the State Championships. She skipped level 6 and quickly moved up to level 7 for the 2017 season. She placed fourth in the all-around with a 38.550 and second on balance beam at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing fifth on uneven bars, sixth on balance beam and scored a 37.375 in the all-around.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2018, Lina placed third in the all-around with a 37.325, first on balance beam and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around with a 37.425 and second on balance beam. In 2019, Lina placed second in the all-around with a 37.625 and first on uneven bars with a 9.800 at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships where she placed first on uneven bars, second on balance beam and fifth on vault. In 2020, Lina qualified to the Level 9 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Lina moved up to level 10 for the 2021 season. She placed ninth on vault and uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships, finishing fourth on balance beam and 12th overall. In 2022, Lina placed eighth on uneven bars at the State Championships and qualified to the Region 3 Championships. After the 2022 season, Lina moved to Capital Gymnastics in Cedar Park, TX.

Lina trains 20 hours each week at Capital Gymnastics in Cedar Park, TX under coaches Zac Crumpton and Ira Vernaya. Lina is working hard to qualify to the Junior Olympic Nationals and to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
