Logan loved to flip and do headstands around the house and her mom decided that she needed a place to be safe and to learn how to tumble the right way. Logan started recreational gymnastics at Sportsplex Gymnastics in Landover, MD at age two. After turning four years old, she was asked to join pre-team.
Logan finished fourth on uneven bars with a 9.450 at the 2010 Level 5 State Championships. At the 2011 Level 6 State Championships, she placed second on vault and fifth in the all-around. She qualified to the Level 7 State Championships in 2012. Following her 2012 season, Logan moved to Win-Win Gymnastics in Odenton, MD. She competed at the National Judges Cup where she placed third in the all-around with a 37.575 and third on uneven bars and balance beam. She also represented Team Maryland during the team competition, finishing fifth in the all-around with a 37.575 and fourth on uneven bars. In the spring of 2013, Logan won the all-around title at the Level 7 State Championships.
In 2014, Logan moved up to level 8 where she placed in the top ten in the all-around and fifth on vault and floor exercise at the State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, Logan placed 12th in the all-around with a 37.050. As a level 9 gymnast in 2015, Logan finished fourth in the all-around and second on uneven bars at the State Championships. She qualified to the Region 7 Championships where she placed in the top 15 in the all-around and earned a gold medal on uneven bars with a 9.500. In 2016, Logan earned a silver medal on floor exercise at the Level 9 State Championships. At the Region 7 Championships, she placed sixth on vault scoring a 9.325.
In 2017 as a first-year level 10 gymnast, Logan placed eighth in the all-around and seventh on uneven bars at the Region 7 Championships. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN.
Currently, Logan is preparing for the 2018 season as a level 10 gymnast. She trains 20 hours per week at Docksiders Gymnastics in Millersville, MD under coaches Bob Ouellette, Jay Barrows, Dustin Burket and Katie Rue Williams. Logan is working hard to become a successful level 10 gymnast as well as to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
