Welcome to the Official Website of Margaret "Maggie" McAvoy! She is a level 10 gymnast from Southeastern Gymnastics in Weddington, North Carolina. She is training under coaches Ludmilla Shobe, Nikolai Cherchen and Galina Meliakina.

As a level 8 gymnast in 2009, Maggie won the all-around title at the Level 8 NC State Championships as well as gold medals on uneven bars and floor exercise. She went on to win the all-around title and gold medals on balance beam and floor exercise at the Level 8 Region 8 Regional Championships. In 2010, she placed second in the all-around and first on uneven bars at the Level 9 NC State Championships. At the Level 9 Regionals, she earned gold medals on uneven bars and in the all-around. This qualified Maggie to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals where she finished third in the all-around, first on uneven bars and second on floor exercise. In 2011, Maggie placed second on vault and uneven bars at the Level 9 NC State Championships. At the Level 9 Regionals, she placed first on uneven bars and floor exercise as well as third on vault. Margaret qualified to Level 10 Regionals in 2012 and 2013.
