Today at the Region 3 Championships in Oklahoma City, OK, Maya finished third in the all-around with a 37.450, qualifying to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN next month. Shea also placed third on floor exercise with a 9.375 and fourth on vault, uneven bars and balance beam scoring a 9.750, 9.125 and 9.200 respectively. Good job Maya.

Maya competed at the Level 10 State Championships this past weekend where she placed fourth on balance beam with a 9.050 and sixth on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.375 and 9.150 respectively. Good job Maya.

Maya started her 2018-2019 season at the Atlantis Crown Invitational in the Bahamas this past weekend. She placed fourth in the all-around, first on vault with a 9.425, second on uneven bars with a 9.200 and third on balance beam. Good job Maya.

Maya traveled to North Carolina for the KPAC Cup this past weekend, finishing third in the all-around, first on vault with a 9.550 and second on uneven bars and floor exercise scoring a 9.275 and 9.525 respectively. Good job Maya!

Maya competed at the Nashville Nights Invitational this weekend where she placed second in the all-around in her age group. She also placed second on balance beam and floor exercise, third on uneven bars and fourth on vault. Good job Maya.

Maya competed at the Texas Prime Meet in Irving, TX this weekend, finishing fourth on uneven bars and balance beam with a 9.275 and 9.325 respectively. Maya qualified to the Legendz Classic where she helped Team Roeth to place first. She scored a 9.650 on balance beam. Good job Maya! A new video has been posted.

Maya concluded her 2017 season at the Junior Olympic Nationals in Indianapolis, IN last night. She placed 12th on floor exercise with a 9.475 and 17th on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.550 and 9.400 respectively out of 57 gymnasts in the Junior F session. Good job Maya! Maya is so excited to announce that she has verbally committed to the University of Minnesota on a full-ride scholarship! She couldn't be happier to become a part of this amazing team and school. Congratulations Maya!

She placed second on floor exercise scoring a 9.625, third on vault with a 9.625, fifth on uneven bars with a 9.400 and seventh on balance beam scoring a 9.125. At the Brestyan's Invitational in Las Vegas, NV this past weekend, Maya finished third in the all-around with a 37.075 in the Junior C session. She also placed second on balance beam with a 9.525 (new career-high score) and third on vault and floor exercise scoring a 9.200 and 9.575 respectively. Good job Maya! She finished fifth in the all-around, first on floor exercise with a 9.700 and fourth on vault and uneven bars scoring a 9.525 and 9.350 respectively. At the Texas Prime Meet in Irving, TX this past weekend, Maya finished second in the all-around with a 37.725 in her age group. She also placed third on vault with a 9.550, third on uneven bars scoring a 9.300, second on balance beam with a 9.425 and second on floor exercise with a 9.450. Maya qualified to the Legendz Classic on the next day where she helped Team Bridget Sloan win first place, scoring a 9.650 on floor exercise! Awesome job Maya!
