Meaghan started gymnastics at the age of five because her mom wanted Meaghan to not do "gymnastics" in the house. She started on team at the age of six at WOGA Dallas. The gym was bought and the name of the gym changed to Iarov Elite Gymnastics. Meaghan placed fifth on uneven bars at the 2014 Level 6 State Championships, fifth on balance beam at the 2015 Level 7 State Championships and first on uneven bars with a 9.675 at the 2015 Region 3 Championships. Meaghan was named to America's Top 100 in the all-around in level 7. In 2016 as a level 8 gymnast, Meaghan placed third in the all-around with a 38.025 and second on vault and uneven bars, qualifying to Regionals. She was named to America's Top 100 on uneven bars (2x), floor exercise and all-around.

Following her 2016 season, she moved to Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, TX. She competed as a level 9 gymnast in 2017 where she finished second in the all-around with a 38.150, second on balance beam and third on vault. She qualified to the Region 3 Championships. She was named to America's Top 100 in the all-around. Meaghan also competed at the Parkettes Elite Qualifier in the summer where she placed fourth in the all-around, second on uneven bars and third on balance beam in hopes 12-13.

As a first-year level 10 gymnast in 2018, Meaghan placed fourth on uneven bars at the State Championships. At the Region 3 Championships, she finished ninth in the all-around and sixth on balance beam. She qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals in Cincinnati, OH. Meaghan was named to America's Top 100 on balance beam. In 2019, Meaghan won the balance beam title at the State Championships and a bronze medal on balance beam at the Region 3 Championships. Meaghan qualified to the 2020 Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic. In the spring of 2021, Meagan moved to Denton Gymnastics in Denton, TX. She competed at the Region 3 Championships.

Meaghan trains 30 hours per week at Denton Gymnastics in Texas under coaches Sorin Lazars, Rodica Lazars and Aurel Lazars. She is working hard to qualify to the JO Nationals again. Her long-term goal is to obtain a Division I college gymnastics scholarship.
