Welcome to Megan Walker's Official Website! Megan Walker is a 16-years-old level 10 gymnast training at Southern Tier Gymnastics Academy (STGA) under coaches Daile Van Pattern, Natalia Laschenova and Matt McCann. Megan started gymnastics at age of two and has quickly moved through the levels year after year. Megan has many achievements since she began her gymnastics career.
Megan was part of the National TOPs Team in 2003 and 2004. She qualified to Junior Olympic Nationals five times since 2005. She was the 2009 Level 10 Regional Champion in the all-around, uneven bars and balance beam. Megan was the reigning bronze medalist on uneven bars in Jr. C from the 2009 Junior Olympic Nationals. In 2010, Megan won the all-around title at the Level 10 State Championships and Level 10 Regional Championships. At the JO Nationals, she finished second on uneven bars and 15th in the all-around.
Besides the Junior Olympic program, Megan has had been an elite gymnast since 2004. She finished 9th in the all-around and 5th on balance beam at the 2005 US Challenge as a Child Pre-Elite. She competed at the US Challenge in 2006 and 2007. In 2008, Megan qualified to junior international elite and competed at the 2008 US Classic.
