Welcome to Mitzi Unda-Sosa's Official Website! Mitzi is a senior international elite gymnast from World Olympic Gymnastics Academy (WOGA) in Plano, Texas. She is training under coaches Laurent Landi and Cecile Canqueteau-Landi. She has been a member of the Senior Mexican National Team since 2009.

Mitzi represented Mexico at the 2010 Pacific Rim Championships in Australia where she finished 14th in the all-around. She also represented the Mexico team at the 2010 World Championships in Netherlands and 2011 Ghent World Cup in Belgium. Mitzi placed sixth in the all-around and earned a silver medal on uneven bars and a bronze medal on balance beam at the 2011 Brazilian International. Currently, she is preparing for the upcoming 2011 World Championships in Tokyo, Japan.
