Nica began gymnastics at the age of two and quickly progressed in the sport. At the beginning of Nica's career, she trained at AOGC in California until 2010. Currently, she is a junior international elite gymnast training at Texas Dreams Gymnastics under coaches Kim Zmeskal-Burdette and Chris Burdette.
