A family member recommended that Nicole try out a recreational class when she turned three years old. She fell in love with the sport and has been training at Hamburg Gymnastics Club in New York her whole gymnastics career. As a level 5 gymnast in 2015, Nicole placed fourth on uneven bars at the State Championships. She moved up to level 7 for the 2016 season, finishing fifth on uneven bars at the State Championships. Nicole had a great season in 2017 where she placed third in the all-around, third on vault and third on balance beam at the Level 8 State Championships. She qualified to the Region 6 Championships, finishing fifth in the all-around and fourth on vault.
Nicole was the 2018 Level 9 NY State Uneven Bars Champion and 2018 Level 8 Level 9 Eastern National Balance Beam Champion. In 2019, Nicole placed fourth in the all-around and second on vault and uneven bars at the Region 6 Championships. At the Level 9 Eastern Nationals, Nicole won the all-around title with a 37.875 and placed third on balance beam and fourth on vault. In 2020, Nicole qualified to the Level 10 State Championships but was unable to compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
When Nicole isn't busy training over 20 hours each week in the gym, she enjoys drawing and painting. She is an honor student at Eden High School and she will graduate in 2021. Nicole hopes to be part of a college gymnastics team.
