Noelle Taylor was born on July 29, 2000 in Lakeland, FL to Guy and Nicole Taylor. She has a brother, Trey, two dogs named Parker and Roxie and two turkeys, Langford and Miller.

Noelle started taking Mommy and Me classes at the age of two. She joined pre-team at the age of five at Gym Etc. in Lakeland, FL where she trained under coach Stan Chinyerere. Noelle has been training at Brandy Johnson's Global Gymnastics most of her gymnastics career.

In 2010, Noelle competed prep-optional novice where she placed ninth in the all-around at the State Championships. Noelle moved up to level 6 for the 2011 season. She finished sixth in the all-around and third on vault and uneven bars at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. At the Atlanta Crown Invitational, she placed first on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around. Noelle finished second in the all-around at the Daytona Beach Open and third in the all-around at the Presidential Classic. At the Gasparilla Classic, she placed second in the all-around and first on vault and uneven bars.

As a level 7 gymnast in 2012, Noelle finished sixth in the all-around and first on vault and uneven bars at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. At the Sun and Surf Spectacular, she placed third in the all-around and third on balance beam. She finished third on uneven bars and fourth on balance beam at the Presidential Classic. Noelle placed fourth in the all-around and first on vault at the Gasparilla Classic. At the Tim Rand Invitational, she finished fourth in the all-around and second on vault. She then placed third on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. She concluded her level 7 season at the State Championships, finishing second in the all-around and third on uneven bars.

In 2013, Noelle started her level 8 season at the Atlanta Crown Invitational, finishing third in the all-around and first on uneven bars. She placed first on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around at the Ozone Invitational. Noelle finished sixth in the all-around and first on uneven bars. At the Presidential Classic, she earned a silver medal on vault and a bronze medal on uneven bars. She finished third in the all-around, first on uneven bars and second on balance beam at the Tim Rand Invitational. She had a great meet at the State Championships where she finished third in the all-around with a 37.450, first on vault and second on balance beam. At the Region 8 Championships, Noelle finished second in the all-around with a 37.950, first on vault, third on balance beam and fourth on uneven bars.

Noelle continued competing level 8 for the 2014 season. She placed third in the all-around and first on floor exercise at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. At the Texas Prime Meet, she finished sixth in the all-around and second on uneven bars. Noelle placed first in the all-around with a 37.175, first on balance beam and second on vault and uneven bars at the Circle of Stars Invitational. Noelle suffered a stress fracture in her left wrist that prevented her from competing the rest of the 2014 season.

Currently, Noelle is preparing for the 2017 season as a level 9 gymnast. She trains 20-22 hours per week at Brandy Johnson's Global Gymnastics in Clermont, FL under coaches Kelly Pitzen and Brandy Johnson-Scharpf. Noelle is working hard to reach her goal to obtain a college scholarship to a Division 1 school.
